Treatment of Injuries

DOT Exam
A federally regulated biennial medical examination to determine if a person meets the federal standard to drive a truck. The evaluation includes: history, vision (distance, color and horizontal field of vision), dipstick urinalysis, and hands on medical examination. This exam may identify disqualifying physical impairments, diabetes, hypertension and epilepsy.

Non-DOT Drug Testing
5 Panel- Tests for Marijuana, Cocaine, PCP, Amphetamines, and Opiates
9 Panel- Tests for everything included in the 5 Panel, as well as Barbiturates, Benzodiazepines, Methadone, and Propoxyphene
10 Panel- Tests for everything included in the 9 Panel and Methaqualone
12 Panel- Tests fore everything included in the 10 Panel, as well as Hydromorphome and hydrocodone

Hair Drug Testing
The primary difference of hair testing, compared to urine drug testing, is the wider window of detection. Rather than just days or hours or days detected by body fluids testing, a 5 Panel hair test detects drug use over a period of approximately three months.

A New York State biennial medical examination to determine if a person meets the requirements to drive a bus. Similar to the DOT examination.
